Core Program and Project Management skills Management of multiple client programs and projects involving implementations of complex IT solutions in the area of digital payments and financial servicesPre-sales consultation and project business case development/management to ensure appropriate project initiation and customer engagementEffective project planning in line with business priorities as well as associated cost and timeline boundaries. Identification of, and effective engagement with, appropriate stakeholders. Identification and procurement of all project resources and effective scheduling of shared human resources within a matrix managed organizationExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation and client-facing skillsEstablishing appropriate stakeholder management/communication plans and effective governance, in line with the needs of the program / projectWork closely with customer, senior project managers, senior responsible owners/stakeholders and key team members to ensure that the program / project goals are realistic, the correct delivery structure/environment is created to support the scope of work and clear lines of accountability are establishedEstablish and maintain high standards of project accounting and financial reporting, setting and respecting suitable budgets/margins for deliveryEnsuring revenue and cost recognition is in line with corporate policyControl of changes to program / project in line with commercial controls and strategic priorityEffective evaluation, planning and management of contingency. Identification and management of risks/issues/actions to ensure satisfactory completion and delivery to project milestone plans, deploying effective escalation where required. Creation and ongoing management of professional program & project artefacts, ensuring delivery to a high standard. Create, execute and update the roadmap and project plans based on the input from all contributors. Continuously evaluating progress and enriching information to communicate program / project goals and status effectively and professionally to multiple audiences, at all levels, within Worldline and customer organizations. Effective management of program/project closure and/or delivery continuity with all internal and external stakeholders. Other related skills Proactive identification and presentation of business change opportunities to the senior management teamProactive research of current industry standards and best practice for project management, making proposals for delivering improvements. Skills we can't do without: Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer facing Program / Project Management roleExperience of managing large-scale software implementation projects essentialDemonstrable experience of delivering projects in a technology environmentExcellent leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage the stakeholders at all levelsSelf-supportive with a high degree of initiative and enthusiasm, requiring minimal managementAbility to analyze and present business case requirements, Program & Project goals and progress at a senior managementProven ability to manage and deliver in a multi-project, matrix managed environmentFluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is a plusAgile approach experience is highly appreciated
