Job Title: Senior Program Manager for EMEA Location: Open to various locations including UK (London, Manchester), France (Paris), Spain (Madrid), Italy (Milan), Germany (Berlin, Leipzig) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Sortation Centre Solutions (SC Solutions) team as a Senior Program Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). In this key role, you will manage the Sortation Solutions team and be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective security services and asset protection across the EMEA Sortation Centre environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the Security and Loss Prevention team in developing, maintaining, and improving risk-based security projects and programs specific to Sortation Operations within EMEA. Develop and implement comprehensive security projects and programs aligned with organizational goals. Identify, assess, prioritize risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies. Develop strategic goals and drive initiatives. Engage senior management to build a culture of security awareness and share successful programs and lessons learned. Minimum Requirements: A relevant advanced degree or equivalent (e. g. , business, criminal justice, security management). Relevant industry certification (e. g. , ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Diploma for Certified Security Management Professionals (CSMP)). Project management certification (e. g. , Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt). Relevant experience in project management and delivery. Upper intermediate proficiency in a second European language.
