Senior Project Controller Manager
SENIOR PROJECT CONTROLLER MANAGERThe resource who will report to the Group Planning and Control Manager will be responsible for the development of the group contract control model for foreign companies through the main business processes (purchasing, logistics and finance) and tools available to the company (STR/SAP) with the aim of being able to improve project monitoring and cost analysis of the Division. In addition to planning and control responsibilities, this position also requires management and coordination of other controllers in the geographic area of responsibility. The ideal candidate must be able to lead the cross-functional team, ensuring alignment of objectives and maximum operational efficiency. He/she works closely with the relevant area manager. The resource will primarily have the following responsibilities:Project Planning:Work with project managers to define detailed plans for each assigned project in the relevant geographic area. Ensure that resources (human, financial and material) are allocated efficiently to achieve project and area objectives. Monitor the progress of projects and update plans according to specific needs. Control and Monitoring:Implement monitoring systems to evaluate project performance. Analyze progress data, costs, and schedules to identify any deviations from plans. Define, together with the project management team, timely corrective actions to keep projects aligned with objectives. Support the legal team and project manager in defining claims. Coordinate the geographic area work team:Supervise the work of the geographic area controllers and/or support team figures. Ensure that the cross-functional team follows standard company procedures and shares best practices. Facilitate communication between controllers and project managers. Financial Management:Monitor accounts receivable, withholdings, and work in progress for projects and area. Collaborate with the group finance team to plan cash flow, allocate funds, and ensure business continuity. Monitor corporate liquidity and plan for treasury needs. Evaluate financial statements and propose strategies to improve financial efficiency. Coordinate and optimize collateral management for projects. Requirements Required:Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Economics. At least five years' experience in planning and control roles, preferably in the construction sector in foreign projectsKnowledge of planning, job and industrial accounting toolsKnowledge of project management software. Knowledge of IFRS accounting standardsKnowledge of SAP and TagetikExcellent knowledge of the English languageWillingness to travel domestically/foreignAbility to work independently and manage a wide range of projects simultaneously.
