The ideal candidate will have experience in managing NoBo/third/second party/technical assistance projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities Responsible for the safe and effective delivery services to the agreed scope and specification, time scale and costs. Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan. Coordinate and assign inspections for all programs and types (e. g.

PED, Welding, mechanical, painting, etc. )

according to contract/ITP requirements. Primary contact for contract and staff inspectors for inspection/resource assignments, scheduling, and file management. Track and monitor inspection reports, unannounced inspections, and residue sample submissions to ensure timely submission. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project coordination for Nobo/Third/second party/Technical assistance. Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project. Experience working with a team. Knowledge of main inspections qualification program. Previous experience with Notified Body (preferred). Candidate must be resident in Italy (Position Home Based).
