Your responsibilities Project Advancement: Drive projects through the development lifecycle to reach ready-to-build (RTB) status and financial decisions.

Portfolio Management: Lead and manage co-development portfolios, ensuring successful progress and resolution of development challenges.

Strategic Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve project obstacles by leveraging internal and external resources.

Reporting & Approvals: Maintain precise project reporting to enable informed management decisions and secure timely approvals.

Budget Oversight: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with transparent financial monitoring.

Due Diligence: Support portfolio acquisitions and partnerships by assessing project quality with your permitting expertise.

Knowledge Sharing: Build and disseminate expertise in permitting and regulatory processes, supporting team-wide development.

Please note that the office location is in Rome Your profile In-depth knowledge of project development stages, including permitting, land contracts, and grid connections, with a proven track record in utility-scale solar projects up to financial investment decision.

Strong project management skills, including the use of tools, detailed reporting, and long-term planning.

Technical expertise in solar projects, including CAD, GIS, and Office tools, with experience in the Italian regulatory framework and permitting.

Familiarity with financial tools and concepts, and excellent communication and presentation skills in international, multicultural settings.

Fluency in Italian and English.

Degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field, with a resilient, solution-oriented mindset and commitment to learning.
