We oversee and support installation, maintenance, and long-term planning of our industry-leading products at global customer sites.

Partner with the best The role will focus on plant solution projects, both stick built and modularized for the Oil & Gas or Energy industry.

As a Senior Project Engineer– Plant & Module Solutions, you will be responsible for:

Leading all the engineering functions/teams involved in the design effort, acting as the technical point of contact for the customer and technical leader for the project. Coordinating engineering partners for any technical aspect of the project, including machinery teams and construction partners. Coordinating between global engineering teams and manufacturing/partners sites to support a flawless execution of all necessary activities. Working with functional managers to set realistic and stretching operational goals within the project, contributing to their accomplishment. Identifying and mitigating technical risks. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. Participating in proposal development and bid preparation for new projects. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance and reduce costs. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will:

Have a background in Engineering. Have extensive experience (5+ years) in technical roles and Engineering Management (EPC companies preferred). Demonstrate project management skills, including the ability to manage project schedules and budgets, and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders. Have experience with complex projects and exposure to customers. Have good knowledge of rotating equipment and plant solutions. Possess great oral and written English communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
