Dematic is looking for a Senior Project Manager, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cernusco sul Naviglio.

He/she will be working in order to ensure that all intercompany projects (in Italy) are delivered on-time, according to scope of supply and within budget.

Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting. Risk management. Who are we looking for? A Senior candidate with the following features:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. At least 5 - 8 years of working experience as a project manager in a structured company. Experience managing projects on-site. Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time in Italy (on the client site). Good technical background. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. PMP certification is a plus.
