Senior Project Manager
Role Summary:
Flowserve is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the management of all projects and contracts assigned, for the supply of products and services, from the arrival of the order to the complete fulfillment of the supply, invoicing and collection.
You will be a focal point for the customer, regarding the progress of the project, and coordination between the various company functions, regarding the risks and opportunities of projects managed in compliance with the schedule and in the interest of company objectives.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Performs a detailed analysis of the contract (Terms & Conditions, presence of signatures and congruence dates, purpose of supply - quantity and prices + basic configuration, credit limits) to verify that all the requisites necessary for insertion into the system and booking insertion are present and complete. It carries out the insertion of the order in the system and then creates the internal order / internal projectSupervises and is responsible for the preparation of the Contract Review (Internal Kick Off Meeting)Shares and validates the project planning established with the other functions. Provides constant monitoring of the parameters and intermediate objectives (achievement of milestones) of the project (costs / budget, times, contents, risks, opportunities, compliance with quality requirements) by measuring the status of advancement and identification of discrepancies with respect to planning initial. Performs project control together with the functions involved, identifying the causes of the discrepancies in planning, coordinating corrective actions for the problems detected, formulating action plans and consequent re-planning. Provides for the preparation and issue of progress reports to the customer. Manages requests for changes to the contract by the customer and / or internal entities, verifying feasibility and costs. Manages the documentation for customer approval, making sure it is done in accordance with the project scheduleSupports the cash collection team, providing all the information, clarifications and documents requested and / or intervening directly with the customer for the removal of blocks / resolutions of suspended payments. Supports the After Sales staff by providing all the information, clarifications and documents required for the resolution of post-shipment problems Preferred Experience / Skills:
Experience in managing direct relationships with customers and solving problems. Experience in multinational contexts. Previous experience as Project Manager / Project Engineer, for knowledge of the project management process in its entirety and complexity, including the management of relationships with customers and stakeholders typical of the development of a project. Good organizational skills. Good Problem Solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
