We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with expertise in managing directly funded European projects. The Project Manager oversees the entire project lifecycle and is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and/or directly executing all activities required to achieve project objectives. This includes ensuring the efficient implementation of activities in compliance with European program requirements and PRISM's quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will primarily work on projects within the Erasmus , Interreg , SMP , AMIF , CERV , and Horizon programs, handling tasks such as: Analyzing project documentation and requirements; Planning and initiating project activities; Defining and monitoring deliverables and milestones; Managing relationships with project partners and stakeholders; Coordinating and managing multidisciplinary project teams; Monitoring and evaluating activities to ensure adherence to timelines and objectives; Preparing interim and final technical and financial reports; Organizing and supervising project-related events and meetings; Planning and executing communication and dissemination strategies; Monitoring project impact and evaluating achieved outcomes. We are looking for a professional with significant experience, including independently managing one or more full project cycles—from initiation to final reporting—preferably within the aforementioned European programs. To excel in this role, you must be proactive, results-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong leadership skills, particularly in coordinating international partnerships. Required Skills and Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of Project Cycle Management methodologies and project management tools, with expertise in European policies and programs (e. g. , Interreg, SMP, AMIF, CERV, Horizon); Advanced skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering international collaboration; Proven experience in drafting technical and financial reports and managing project financial accountability; Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and oversee transnational events and meetings, managing all logistical and operational aspects; Proficiency in IT tools for document management, content creation, and online communication; C1-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken); Willingness to travel frequently for project-related meetings and partnership management.
