Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of large-scale photovoltaic (PV) and wind farm projects from the pre-construction phase through to commissioning.

The Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including design review, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and on-site management, working closely with engineering, procurement, and site teams. Responsibilities: Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee initial site assessments, design reviews, and preparation for construction to ensure feasibility and compliance with regulations. Manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that contract terms are adhered to. Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise delays, safety hazards, and budget impacts. Track project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.

Ensure all documentation is maintained, including project records, reports, and regulatory permits. Coordinate commissioning activities, oversee testing procedures, and ensure that the project meets all performance requirements before final handover. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction (PV and/or wind projects);Demonstrated ability to lead diverse project teams and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory authorities;Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset;
