In this role you will: Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed We would love to hear from you if you: Have experience project managing on large-scale or complex projects, in the new construction or renovation sector Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one.

We can help Having experience in the following sectors would be an asset: commercial/offices, high-tech industrial, life sciences, data centres, retail Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline, and minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry Are open to travel for short periods (up to 4 times per month) to meet your clients, partners and external team Are detail-oriented and quality-focused Are an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing – Fluent French and English Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun Since 1974, we've been providing a construction consultancy service that keeps clients coming back.
