Assist in the creation and validation of the project scopes, plans, and schedules for complex projects; help define metrics for project success; select and apply standards (e. g.

Manages project delivery process, scope, and costs of complex product development projects with limited supervision; drives completion of the project and mentors other team members. Establishes relationships with stakeholders to build support and ensures alignment for project outcomes. Drives change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to development of training. Evaluates project results against success metrics; creates or reengineers processes and resources to improve productivity and end product. Leads a cross-functional team, both direct reports and indirect IQVIA peers, across a portfolio of services. Adopts and champions a continuous improvement ethos for Delivery Teams. Shares subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients. Qualifications:Industry recognized qualifications – preferable. Good track record of project management of healthcare software deployment. Advanced project management education and experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics. Good teamwork skills. Good judgment. Ability to work with minimal direction. Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
