Job Description:Senior Project Manager - HV Service Transmission and Distribution About the Role For our Stezzano (BG) office, we are looking for 2 Senior Project Managers (one for products and one for systems) who will be responsible for the correct management of Service relating to HV systems to meet customer expectations in terms of quality and reliability, in line with Siemens-Energy business strategy.

You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and delivered to the desired results.

The role exemplifies our values through daily activities, focusing on customer success, innovation, and crafting a positive team environment.

How You'll Make an Impact Main tasks common to both roles include:

Handle, according to the agreed baseline, the tasks required to achieve the project goals.

Define, lead, and coordinate the organization of team resources and external suppliers.

Enable, if necessary, the level of customer concern appropriate to tackle critical aspects.

Interface with all the businesses involved in the project.

Additionally, the Project Manager for product will also:

Coordinate and supervise warehouse activities preparatory to spare parts management for sale, repairs in the workshop, and construction site activities.

Manage Non-Conformity of product in accordance with internal Quality.

Support the person responsible for analyzing equipment failures.

In contrast, the Project Manager for System will be in charge of:

Handling the economic and financial aspects of the project with the support of the finance counterpart.

Preparation and management of EHS aspects for construction site entrances.

What You Bring 8-10 years of work experience in a similar role or as a Project Manager or Product Manager.

Specific knowledge of High-Medium Voltage, Electrical Substations, and related products.

An academic background in technical fields (degree or high school diploma) is preferred.

Proficiency in using project management tools.

Proficiency level of written and spoken Italian and English.

Availability for national business trips (1 or 2 days per week).

Ability to effectively connect with team members, customers, clients, and suppliers.

Able to negotiate with partners to reach agreements and resolve conflicts, ensuring that project objectives align with customer expectations.

Adaptability to different plants and site environments, with good empathy and interpersonal skills to lead and understand the different personalities encountered during activities (customers, suppliers, and technicians).
