In this role you will:Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practicesCoordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagementIdentify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectivelyImplement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisionsLead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partnersImplement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observedWe would love to hear from you if you:Have experience project managing on large-scale or complex projects, in the new construction or renovation sectorHave experience in French public market (contract / procurement)Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one.

We can helpHaving experience in the following sectors would be an asset: commercial/offices, high-tech industrial, life sciences, data centres, retailHave a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline, and minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industryAre detail oriented and quality focusedAre an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing – Fluent French and EnglishThrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun #J-18808-Ljbffr
