HR Junior Analyst - Master in International Human Resource Management | @unicatt The Senior Proposal Engineer performs the activities pertaining to the economic evaluation of the project materials/services.

He/She defines and prepares the purchasing benchmark (Should Cost) considering the project materials/services costs of different regions where the Group operates based on the procurement strategy applied on the EP/EPC projects.

Key activities & responsibilities Define and prepare the Should Cost analysis pertaining to the discipline of competence, defining the benchmark for purchasing as per the current market price conditions following total cost ownership approach, for the further sharing with Senior roles. Prepare the report of the analysis to be shared with the Senior roles of the Function before publishing the results with external stakeholders. Define and prepare the cost evaluation models following the "Bottom Up" approach for further testing, as well as report to the Senior roles the related results. Identify the cost parameters and assist the preparation of database for parametric evaluation of project materials/services costs based on previous purchasing and for costs trends. Promote for competence the required meeting with the stakeholders, when needed. Participate, when required and for competence, to projects' review meetings, as well as to the negotiations with the Vendor supporting the buyers. Propose to Senior roles models' improvements based on the discrepancies between the Should Cost analysis results and market's feedback with relevant corrective actions. Review the parameters for the KPIs of competence. Personal Attributes Preferably first level degree in technical/Engineering discipline. At least 5 years' experience in a similar industry. Leadership, curiosity and open-mindedness. Time-management and problem solving attitude. Teamwork and collaboration. Professionalism and work ethic. Availability to travel for short and long period in Italy and abroad. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
