Reporting directly to the head of Quality Assurance AFC, is responsible for defining and executing the Quality Assurance Risk Assessment on E2E processes and annual plan addressing the identified findings reporting the main results to Senior management as well as Governing Bodies.

Requisiti Main Responsibilities

He/She is tasked with:

Define the Quality Assurance standards and QA Work Program

Develop of test plans with the adoption of data analytics and leverage more on automated tests.

Perform Root Causes analyses and review the assessment and the reports perform/drafted by Professional/Juniors

Coordinate as Team Leader the QA assessments being responsible for the quality of the results

Identify training needs and take action to ensure Group-wide compliance

Monitor the compliance risks and the status of the corrective actions provide updates

Document Quality Assurance activities with internal reporting towards the relevant functions and Governing Bodies

Share the assessment results, lesson learned within relevant stakeholders (Compliance, Business, and relevant stakeholders)

Built effective relationships with key business partners across all three Linesof Defense including all Business Lines, local Management, Compliance Conduct Risk, Risk Management, Internal Audit, as well as Data & Technology

The Senior Quality Assurance leads middle/junior professionals in team in the assessment and in the identification of QA findings, developing

**Qualifications**:

International experience (5-7 years) in Internal Audit and/or Compliance Quality, with significant experience within regulated environment

Extensive knowledge of end to end Compliance processes analyses and robust critical thinking

Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor

Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently, to timely prioritize and deliver assigned tasks, to be proactive, resolve conflicts, attention to details and strong follow up skills

Knowledge of quality assurance methods, and tools and understanding of the Business processes of CIB, Retail, Corporate, Private & Wealth

Excellent oral and written communication,

Familiar with data analytics and integrated risk management processes and tools

Understand how to control risk and appropriate monitoring systems

Outstanding of both written and spoken English.

Italian or, Croatian, or German or Serbian would be an advantage

Robust knowledge of Office (word, excel, ppt)
