Your Tasks Develop and execute a timing plan for new projects that support the efforts of all sections of the quality department Understand the scope of the project and ensure that the quality team is well informed of the project objectives Understand the customer needs and translate those into a plan that supports the company's product development process along with the customer's needs Employ lessons learned from past experiences and other projects to ensure the product meets or exceeds customer requirements Facilitate the Design and Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (DFMEA / PFMEA) throughout the product development process Use project management tools to ensure the quality & reliability activities meet project timing requirements Communicate the project status and technical findings to senior management Maintain and publish periodic reports to management summarizing test results, analysis findings, and other quality related topics Your Profile Quality experience in home appliance or kitchen appliance manufacturing factory Familiar with quality tools such as SPC, 6sigma, MSA, GR&R, 8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, IEC60335 standard Strong Quality mindset and logical analysis skill Good English communication with foreign people Additional Benefits Canteen Relocation support Performance based bonus We are looking forward to receiving your application #J-18808-Ljbffr
