Cosa farai The Senior Recruiter VST is accountable for defining and implementing the resourcing and employer branding approach at market level, spreading the image of Vodafone as an inclusive, diverse, and responsible employer, ensuring that Global policies and processes are in place to manage internal and external resourcing in line with Vodafone people priorities, business needs and Group guidelines.
He/she will perform in a fast-paced environment connecting with different stakeholders and collaborating with different teammates.
It's going to act as Talent Acquisition single point of contact for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas. He/she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.
Chi sei Ability to challenge the business requirements, and to liaise with HR business partners and internal business stakeholders. Ability to manage stress. Excellent communication and relationship skills. Negotiation skills. Result-driven approach. Precision and attention to details. Must have technical / professional qualifications: Degree in HR or similar. Fluency in Italian and English. Previous experience as Recruiter/Head-hunter – working experience within a headhunting firm will be considered as a plus. 3+ years of experience. Proficient usage of HR ERP (know-how of SAP Success Factors will be considered a plus) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
