Senior Regional Sales Manager (M/F/D)
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Driving a strategic sales plan that expands Panasonic's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the Italian market. Product responsibility for all passive components, power electronics, electromechanical components, sensors, and wireless modules. Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and understanding new markets. Understanding customer requirements commercially and technically, nurturing your customer base as well as providing technical consulting and project follow-up. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Academic degree in business, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification. At least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven position in a B2B environment. Technical mindset combined with commercial understanding and know-how of passive components. Solution-oriented, customer-focused, and accountable. Strong networking and presentation skills, as well as being an excellent listener. Proficient in Italian and English. Willingness to travel; a driving license is required.
