Job Overview The Senior Retail Category Development Manager will report directly to the Director of Retail Execution in Italy.

The main responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities Deliver Retail Category Development Services: Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop local category stories and enhance insight generation.

Develop & Deliver 1 Way Services: Share category knowledge and coordinate brand initiatives into category selling stories.

Develop & Deliver 2 Ways Services: Identify customer category challenges and develop appropriate category solutions.

Share Category Knowledge Internally: Build category knowledge bundles for internal usage and disseminate retailers' perspectives.

Drive Retail Category Focus Internally: Provide inputs for new product introductions and identify assortment gaps.

Qualifications Education: Master's degree in business or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of marketing and customer management experience.

Languages: Fluent in English and Italian.

Key Competencies: Communication, Influence/Negotiation, Consumer/Customer focus, Teamwork & Collaboration, Analytical Skills.

Knowledge of the Italian commercial market is a key requirement.
