She/He will be a role model to the team and will support the Store Manager in operational duties.

Client and Business oriented Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand; Play an active role on the sales floor; Support the team in sales and procedures Build up a loyal Clientele; Product knowledge and sensitivity to competitors' trading activities.

Constantly improve quality of the services, meet and exceed customer expectations.

Operations Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company; Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.

); Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor; Support the organization of back of house, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alterations, shipping, etc.

in accordance with the Company's standards.

Be involved in the Stock maintenance and Inventory; Report discrepancies and problems to the Supervisor; Maintain merchandising standards.

Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality; Confident, multitasking, flexible; Able to work as part of a sales team; Action and Sales oriented; Passion for shoe Brands Excellent customer and service attitude; Strong communication and teamwork skills Minimum 4 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts; Fluent in Italian and English, foreign languages are a plus.
