Senior Sales Manager- Trade Finance
Your focus will be to grow and generate new business deals, and your responsibilities include the following: Business Development:
Generate new business leads by following the Trade credit Segmentation rules, product-on-target prospecting training, scheduling meetings, obtain the proposal form, KYC docs, proposing the policy structure terms and conditions, negotiation and closing. Focused on leading brokerage sales through active coaching, including the development of internal cross-sell opportunities within the broker house. Maintain and build a pipeline of deals that lead to higher-producing FAs joining Wealth Management. Work on X-selling TCI with our Partner and Partner Bank. New Business:
Contact & visit Brokers monthly. Present and negotiate quotes with brokers. Generate Direct Leads and visits to ensure a balanced portfolio Direct/broker. Ensure KYC compliance norms are satisfied. Coordinate the sales efforts, schedule the policy implementation and ensure a smooth transition to the account management team. Training to be provided to partners Bank and partners teams to activate x-selling opportunities. Reporting:
Weekly pipeline meeting and Top Targets review with the Head of Distribution. Ensure sales activity are captured in sales tool, complete the KYC process in CUBE, UBO etc. Monthly KPIs reporting. Regular Follow Up on specific Action Plan (Competition portfolio Remarketing, Joint prospecting etc. ). Profile:
University degree in Business/Finance. 5-7 years' experience minimum in a Commercial Position in Saudi Arabia, with focus on B2B sales in Trade finance or Trade Credit Insurance. Strong knowledge of Saudi economic environment and trade finance products. Natural communication skills with a real ability to network. English and Arabic is mandatory. Offer:
