Following our market launch in Italy in the last quarter of 2023 and the good results we have achieved, cflox is now looking for a Senior Sales & Partner Manager (f/m/d) to strengthen its team in Italy. In the area of sales and partner management, you will identify market potential in the working capital environment, develop suitable solutions, conduct contract negotiations, acquire and support (new) corporate customers independently. At the same time, you will use your existing network and actively develop and expand strategic sales and financing partners for cflox. Presenting our product and service portfolio to customers and partners at decision-making level and at events comes naturally to you. You enjoy developing our business model together with the teams in Hamburg and Milan and making important sales contributions with your enthusiasm and experience. Your main tasks: Acquisition of new customers and subsequent support and advice. Support for our financing and non-banking partners, regular coordination on joint customers and on new sales potentials and activities. (Further) development of our business in Italy in coordination with the team. Preparation and follow-up as well as presence at trade fairs and events in the region. Continuous development of our services as well as customer and partner processes in coordination with our teams in Hamburg. You are an enthusiastic sales personality with several years of experience in corporate finance, treasury or B2B working capital and have a passion for winning over the owners and managers of our potential customers and our partners for the cflox solutions and supporting them in long-term partnerships. You have:
A successfully completed degree, e. g. in the field of economics/finance. Experience in advising companies of various sizes and/or in strategic and operational sales activities in the area of corporate finance/trade finance/working capital. Knowledge of treasury is desirable. Enthusiasm and a high degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure. Willingness to travel within Italy. Business fluent in written and spoken Italian and English. An entrepreneurial approach to sowing and harvesting all business opportunities at the right time.
