We seek a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst who shares our passion for innovation and change and who will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, defining functional scopes, configuring Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful implementations. You will get the chance to: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze functional requirements. Define the scope of required functionalities based on client needs. Conduct system analysis to determine configuration needs and delegate programming tasks to development consultants. Estimate the work effort and time required to complete tasks. Configure, test, and validate assigned Salesforce functionalities. Provide training on implemented functionalities and support transition to production. Support the implementation of Salesforce.com , including requirement analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, training, and documentation. Lead the gathering and documentation of business processes and requirements. Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog effectively. Estimate story points for project tasks. Maintain a clear understanding of the product and provide recommendations for process optimization using IT solutions. Perform critical analysis and design of Salesforce Core and its relationships. Translate business processes into measurable KPIs using Salesforce. What will help you succeed: Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including workflow rules, validation rules, process builders, and flows. Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and functional testing. Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and optimize processes. Ability to translate business processes into system functionalities and performance metrics. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in leading client interactions and providing training sessions.
