Job Description:The Senior SAP Project Manager will lead the SAP implementation for the Maccaferri Group, directly reporting to the Group IT Director both hierarchically and functionally.

He/she will manage a team of external consultants, working closely with them and with the internal Maccaferri team allocated for the projects.

As the leader for these initiatives, he/she will ensure that the BBPs released and the system implementations will respect both the Global and Local business needs raised by all departments involved and, above all, the adherence to best practices suggested by SAP.

Key elements of the role and responsibilities are: Definition and management of Complex SAP Projects PlansCoordination of internal and external teams involved in the project (both Italian and international ones)Definition and Monitoring of the Project budgetDefinition of the global and local BBPs in respect of Business needs and SAP best practiceDefinition of IT SAP Architecture, including the integration with other Maccaferri systemsManagement of Rollout projects in all Maccaferri Group companiesRequired Skills: Technical/Functional skills: Deep experience in the management of SAP projectsKnowledge of S4 Hana system, mainly for FICO-SD-MM-PP modulesAnalytical skills and a good understanding of IT technical and functional processesStructured and accurate approach to workGood written and spoken EnglishStrong Communication SkillsAbility to work autonomouslyTeamworkAbility to build effective relationshipsAbility to reach mutually acceptable solutions to complex problemsAbility to work under pressureInfluencing people across the businessExperience in facing challenges and proposing solutions
