We are currently looking for a:The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of practical experience in leading satellite projects through all phases, including design, development, integration, verification, launch, and in-orbit operations. Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and qualification of advanced small satellitesDefine satellite requirements for optical and radar Earth observation missionsConduct functional analysis and design trade-offs for satellite systemsManage internal and external satellite interfacesDevelop detailed activity plansSupport satellite verification and Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) activitiesParticipate in launch campaignsQualifications:Strong expertise in satellite systems engineering, including requirements engineering, functional analysis, and verification controlKnowledge of optical and/or radar payloads and missionsProficiency in various satellite engineering domains (e. g. , electronics, structure, software)Experience in satellite verification, including participation in AIT campaignsExcellent sense of responsibility and a structured, hands-on work approachUniversity degree (Master's/PhD) or equivalent education with relevant proven industry experienceHighly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomouslyStrong problem-solving and interpersonal skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetLocation:Roma or MilanoIf this role or our company excites you, but your experience does not perfectly match the listed requirements, we still encourage you to apply!
