The Marketing Team of Ventura TRAVEL has the challenge to grow established brands in the travel industry (such as Group Travel brands like Viventura and Platform Brands like Galapatours) for at least three markets (DACH, France, and US/UK) and successfully accompany new Ventura brands to quickly build up a brand and acquire traffic. On a daily basis, you willDevelop & execute successful SEO concepts for our niche brandsCoordinate your SEO work with the responsible teams for other channels like content, partnerships, and SEAStay up-to-date with the latest developments in SEOCoordinate IT work with our Product OwnerPlan market potentials together with our Ventura Intrapreneurs (plan traffic and conversions for each Ventura brand)Conduct ongoing keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for organic traffic growth, focusing on travel-related terms and destination-specific queriesOptimize website content, including landing pages, tour descriptions, and blog posts, to improve search engine rankings and user experience for potential travelersMonitor and analyze website analytics, tracking key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates to continuously refine and improve SEO strategiesThe basics you bring along5+ years of experience in SEOUp-to-date with the latest techniques to succeed in SEOKnowledge of the latest AI tools for SEO and the future of AI-powered searchProven track record of past successful SEO projectsGreat analytical skillsA fair & sustainable approachVery strong communication skills, both internally and externallyWhat we promise youFreedom to be creative in achieving results.
