The Role:Plan, implement, and manage paid social campaigns across Italy. Develop innovative organic social strategies to enhance brand presence. Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to shape Italy's overall social strategy. Share social media best practices with marketing teams and senior stakeholders. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including brand awareness, ROI, and customer retention. The Candidate:3+ years of experience in paid social advertising. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta. Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance reporting.
