Software Team is the Nihon Kohden research and development department for Europe, focused on design, production, and maintenance of Software as Medical Device. The company also provides after sales technical support. Our goal is to improve healthcare with advanced technology. For our Research and Development team based in Milan, Italy we are looking for a Sr. Software Developer Your tasks Design and develop mainly the server side of the medical products Technical documentation of the products writing Product testing preparation and execution, both unit and integration Your profile Mandatory At least 5 years experience in software development and testing Good knowledge of an object-oriented programming language, like Delphi (preferred), C#, Java Good knowledge on mySQL or relational database Team-working attitude Good knowledge of the English language Hands-on attitude Willingness to travel Living in Milan area and/or willing to relocate Nice to have Experience in Medical software development Agile – SCRUM practitioner Knowledge of web programming techniques (JavaScript, extJS library, HTML5, CSS3, Web Service) Cybersecurity knowledge Good knowledge of the Java Language – Android Studio Good knowledge of Android OS and its OEM implementations Knowledge of Swift and xCode language on iOS Our offer Work in an international environment with motivated teams Challenging assignments and performance-related remuneration Possibility of partly working from home Your Career at NIHON KOHDEN Become part of the Nihon Kohden community Nihon Kohden has a unique Japanese culture in a European setting and we are happy to add you to our family.
