Senior Software Developer is part of the ECLIPSE Product Development team and is involved in all phases of the Development Process.

Overall, as a Senior Software Developer, you play a crucial role in overseeing the development of software projects, leading a team to success, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

The responsibilities also extend to analysis/assessments of operational problems, investigation of new technology and tools, supporting other developers, and contributing to the overall direction of the ECLIPSE suite of products - the essential software to work effectively in the space sector. Main ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Software Developer you will be responsible for:Providing technical expertise and helping to drive innovation within the team. Design, development, and testing of ECLIPSE web-based applicationFull stack: involvement in all architecture layers (Web development, Java programming, Databases)Participate in the ECLIPSE Sprint Demo, planning and stand-ups meetingsPerform peer code and design reviewsProduce technical documentationStrong analytical and object-orientated design capabilitiesProactively striving to extend his/her own skills and capabilities in line with the agreed career goalsEffective English written and oral communication skillsAble to work as part of a team and foster good team cooperationProfile:Several years of experience in software developmentExperience in Web Application Development with JEE and Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, JSP, ServletExperience with web development Framework such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts and LuceneExperience with front-end frameworks such as JQuery and AngularExperience with Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)Experience with Git, SVN or other version control systemStrong analytical and object-orientated design capabilitiesEffective English written and oral communication skillsProven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budgetStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailKnowledge of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processesNice to Have:Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldJava (or others) certifications are an advantageExperience with Document-Orientated databases (MongoDB) is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
