This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Software Center of Excellence team of Dematic in Europe.

As part of this global team of software experts, you will help develop robust organizational capabilities in sales, design, engineering and support to deliver exceptional software to our customers.

As a senior software analyst, you will support regional sales and solution design teams on customer proposals and software estimation, lead customer workshops to define business requirements, and write software functional specifications that will guide engineering teams in successful and cost-effective implementation. What We Are Looking ForEducation:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering DisciplinesPMP and/or ScrumMaster certification is an assetQualifications:

Fluency (written and spoken) in EnglishFluency in one or more European languages, including but not limited to:

Italian, French, Spanish, German, Dutch5+ years working in supply chain logistics with real-world customer experienceDeep understanding of fulfillment operations and WMS/WCS software capabilitiesProven ability to work on multiple projectsat a time with significant technical complexityExcellent verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentationsBusiness analysis experience to elicit, clearly document, and prioritize customer requirementsStrong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detailProven success acting as a change agent to lead and support organizational changesThorough understanding of project implementation including commissioning, go-live and supportExceptional ability to work with cross-functional teams to build partnerships and get things doneAbility to think strategically to execute both short and long term technology planningExperience using tools such as Jira and Confluence (or equivalents) for managing scrum projectsSoftware engineering or software testing experience is an assetA good sense of humor and an ability to have fun!
