About the role: About the role: We're looking for an experienced software engineer to work across the whole software lifecycle at Rillet.

You'll join a close-knit engineering team and you'll be working closely with the founders, product and design to build an accounting & finance software that will be industry defining.

This role would be reporting directly to the CTO.

The role is remote first with opportunities to travel for team events.

You will: Contribute across the whole technical infrastructure and software stack Help define Rillet's technical direction for years to come Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and finance experts to define the product, not just build it Participate in customer research interviews and see first-hand the impact of our product Use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software to our end users Apply test-driven development and automation extensively Make sure that our software runs smoothly in production You are a good fit for this role if you: Are proficient in one of Kotlin, Java or Typescript Have experience in modern web frameworks (e. g.

sveltejs, react, vue) Are comfortable with both OOP and functional programming approaches Can find your way around Docker and AWS Can work both independently and collaboratively in a small team Enjoy finding practical solutions to real user problems without compromising on quality Have a passion for learning and sharing your expertise with others Some of the perks: Equity Compensation Fun Offsite Events (last ones were in New York, Rome and Barcelona!)
