- Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.

- Should use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product

- Developing high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility

- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards

- Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team

- Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design

- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers

- Ensure softwaremeets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.

- Prepare RFQ and RFI, in line with product roadmap and technology Importante Azienda, to cope with customers' business growth ensuring service quality and performance according to business requirements.

- Evaluate Vendors' technical and commercial offers and support SCM and VPC activities Importante Azienda commercial negotiations with the Vendors

- Prepare mid and long-term financial planning activities (Detailed budget, regular budget updates and Long-Range Plan)

Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods

Understanding of software quality assurance principles

ITIL, ETOM and project management techniques (e. g.

Prince2) knowledge

High quality organizational and leadership skills

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Knowledge of data centre infrastructure, cloud computing and virtualization architectures (IT and Telco)

Knowledge of ML techniques and data analytics

Telco OSS/BSS Solutions

Knowledge of IT standards
