Receive project goals, determine what is required to accomplish these goals and the tools needed, estimate requirements, including time, effort, schedule and skills;Take the technical lead in designing and defining solutions for proposed problems, andalign the team for development;Help other members of the development team to match their obstacles and answer their questions like a mentor.

Design and develop algorithms, prototypes and software packages within established specifications using, but not limited to, object-oriented design, languages and third-party tools;Ensure all development efforts are integrated so that the code is readily readable and maintainable by other team members;Other tasks include:

bug related software testing and code cleaning, writing unit tests to operate them at all elements of the program and replicating problems, determining root causes as well as fixing codes to eliminate recurrences of problems.

Main requirements This position requires:

Passionate about programming, object-oriented programming and a strong mindset about code performance;Knowledge in backend development, C#, OOP, SOLID and Software Design Patterns;Experience with software testing and TDD;Self-motivated, and proactive;Excellent written and oral English skills required.

Nice to haveFrontend skills such as Razor, ReactJS are a plus.
