Duties and ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand their needs, identify problems and support the integration of Cysec technologies within their solutionsPromote customer centricity and ensure focus on creating great customer experiences to achieve competitive advantageDrive innovation across the industries and help customers and partners architect edge solutions. Design, modify, and test technical architecture of innovative secured solutionsUnderstand the business requirements to translate them into reliable and resilient solutions and recommendationsBuild the technical marketing material for the solutions leveraging Cysec technologiesCollaborate across Cysec teams to drive and shape solutions that accelerate customer's business outcomesProvide guidance to development teams through the product use cases. Interact with product, innovation and Engineering teams in terms of software architectural decisionsWork with the agile iterative/incremental mindset to build and deliver our solutionYou will craft highly scalable, flexible and secure distributed architectures that address business problems and accelerate the adoption of Cysec products.

These solutions always keep the customer and their experience first. Qualifications10+ years of experience in IT with proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar roleExperience in the Financial, Manufacturing, Defence & Space, Energy or Utility industries and in the design and integration of complex solutions such as edge computingSignificant depth of experience in one or more of: cloud solutions, platforms for containers, software development, operational management practices and frameworks, customer experience and design centered development/architectureUnderstanding of security, risk and compliance frameworks, hardware, operating systems and networking connectivityLarge-scale systems integration involving on-premise, public cloud and edge environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills across broad and diverse audiences of varying technical depth with specific strength in presentations and representation in industry or domain eventsExperience working within a modern agile product development environment is a plus. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and monitoring skillsStrong collaboration skillsProfessional-level English spoken and written, another language is a plus!The candidate is expected to grow in the role to lead to the technology evolution of the CYSEC technical solutions.
