EMM is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our team in Naples.

In this strategic role, you will design innovative IT solutions, assess existing architectures, manage stakeholder relationships, and optimize IT systems.

You will play a key role in driving digital transformation and ensuring alignment between technological solutions and business objectives.

Main activities: Design scalable, efficient, and secure IT solutions aligned with business needs. Evaluate new and existing systems to ensure compliance and optimization. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define requirements and implement solutions. Monitor system performance and implement security measures to protect data. Lead development teams and promote best practices. Integrate emerging technologies into the company's IT strategy. Required Qualifications: Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (master's degree preferred). At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing complex IT solutions. Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), microservices, and APIs. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and leading technical teams. Legal authorization to work in Italy.
