Senior Solution Consultant - Italy
Thirdera is looking for a highly skilled Senior Solution Consultant to join our Italy team!
Your mission: Your mission as a Senior Solution Consultant is to act as a technical point of contact during the pre-sales stage by assisting the sales personnel in the qualification of commercial customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis for one or more strategic accounts.
You exhibit mastery of the Sales process, and you are a trusted advisor for the account representative.
You work at the direction of the practice manager to grow the practice.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a confident, curious, and experienced Senior Solution Consultant who is an expert in a specific technology or product line and will support the team by providing direction and recommendations based on their knowledge and experience.
As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will perform product demonstrations, both standard and customized, to potential and existing customers, both on-site and virtually.
You will be responsible for planning and conducting proof of concept and proof of value with potential customers, respond to request for information/proposal documents stay up to date on product developments/releases to the level required for demos and POC/POCs, as well as competitive analysis.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience working in a similar role.
A strong technical understanding with a problem-solving mindset, along with the ability to creatively tailor configurations/demos Previous experience of providing technical demonstrations of SaaS/Software to clients, with an ability to convey high-level/complex technical requirements.
Experience working with and selling to large enterprises (5000+ employees) Able to articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-Suite level contacts.
Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around IT.
Ability to work with Sales Executives and support the sales cycle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Experience in writing tenders/proposals.
Ability to learn new technology and solutions.
Possess a good level of English (level C1) Desirable: 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow Platform.
ITIL Foundations and/or Scrum Master Certified.
Solution and/or process experience with one more of the following is highly desirable: IT Service Management (ITSM); Financial Management (FM); Project Portfolio Management (PPM); DevOps; Agile; HR Service Delivery (HRSD); Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC); Security Operations; IT Operations Management (ITOM) including Cloud Management; Event Management; Infrastructure Discovery/Mapping or any complementary technologies such as Generative AI Salary Range: Welcome to Pay for Performance!
