To be effective, a Solution Delivery Consultant will need tobe able to articulate on a sophisticated blend of measurement theory, IT management practice, adaptable communication ability, up to executive-level, and software engineering.

What will you doActively drive and manage the software measurement solutions and services roll-out projectsUsing a consultative approach, identify the actual client business and technical requirements, analyze the processes as-is and redesign the to-be, enabling the client to cope with its change management needsDesign and roll-out the measurement Center of Excellence, in conjunction with the client or the preferred partners, granting the best scalability, integration and efficiency of the measurement environmentLocally manage the delivery of Manager Services in coordination with CAST Global Delivery team granting the achievement of the expected resultsBuild atrusted relationship with all the clients stakeholder in order to grant the value deliveryClosely work the Technical Manager and Account Executive to align the technical requirements and the solution design with the customers business drivers in the early solution proposition phaseActively supporting knowledge sharing and communication with the local and global delivery teamHow You Will WorkThe Solution Delivery Consultant reports to CAST Solution Delivery Director in ItalyThe Solution Delivery Consultant works in cooperation with CAST Italy Advisory and Consulting team in order to supply end to end services and Center of Excellence setup projectsWhat Defines YouAt least 8 years overall work experience in ICT sectorAt least 5 years of hands-on experience in complex software development projects (mandatory)Deep architectural and practical knowledge of at least one of the following technologies:
