Role Overview
As a Senior Solution Manager, you'll be the Satispay expert for information management solutions, providing advice and support to internal sales teams, and working with customers to understand, analyze, and develop information management-tailored solutions.
Your mission:
Technical Expert. Act as the technical authority for Satispay products and solutions for prospects and customers. Needs Analysis. Analyze clients' business needs and challenges to effectively promote and develop information management services. Stakeholder Engagement. Interact with senior-level stakeholders within customer organizations (PSP, Integrator, cash suppliers, unattended providers, and merchants) to access key decision-makers. Solution Collaboration. Work with the Business Development and Key Account teams to identify optimal solutions and enhance our value proposition for customers. Sales Support. Assist the Sales team during customer meetings for projects requiring specific developments or integrations. Product Advocacy. Promote the adoption of the full range of Satispay products (business, MV, fringe) across all channels (online, offline, unattended). Requirement Formalization. Support the formalization of requirements and the design of technical solutions or proposals based on customer needs. Relationship Building. Build and maintain relationships with existing enablers to expand business opportunities and attract new merchants for Satispay. Training and Engagement. Train and engage enablers, raising their awareness of the opportunity to offer Satispay to their merchants, while collaborating with the BD team to create effective strategies for maximizing merchant acquisition opportunities. Your ideal profile:
Proven Experience. At least 5 years in a similar role, with previous experience managing tech partners; experience with PSPs is a plus. Analytical Skills. Strong ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and drive performance improvements. Communication & Negotiation. Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments. Creative & Strategic Thinking. Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive solutions. Technical Proficiency. Proficient in GSuite (especially Google Sheets) and data analysis tools. Organizational Skills. Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precise execution and a detail-oriented focus. Motivation & Teamwork. Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player with exceptional commercial and relational skills. Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English. Industry Knowledge.
