Job Description
As a Senior Staff Engineer Analog & Mixed-Signal Design for Automotive Power Supply Application, you will be responsible for the development of analog/mixed-signal circuits, while working closely with Concept and Verification Engineers and Project Managers.
In your new role you will:
Play a relevant role in the analog and mixed-signal module Design in Smart Power Technologies with a particular focus on Power Management Products (PMIC) for Automotive applicationsDesign pre-silicon analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit blocks, including Design for Test, Design for Stress features, and support Top level integrationExecute or support IP-transfer deliverySupport the verification engineer in translating analog and mixed-signal blocks requirements into verification itemsHandle documentation related to designed block and their architecture according to Automotive StandardsBe responsible for effort estimation and planning of design work packages and be the interface with the project manager and all other project functions (Test Development, Component Verification, Application Engineering, etc. )Support and further develop ad-hoc models of analog circuits, like the behavioral model in Verilog-A, SystemVerilog or equivalentContribute to FMEAs and technical risk management for building blocksProvide technical support to the application engineering team (customer interface)Support the layout, pre- & post-silicon verification, production testing, and all the related activities following the design phaseContribute to innovation with patents, new ideas, and process optimization with focus on time to marketSupport Customer Requests and failure analysis Your Profile
You are able to quickly establish successful cooperation and demonstrate high-quality standards for yourself and other people. You are interested in further developing your experience in the area of mixed-signal concept & design. Furthermore, you are a true team player and have strong interpersonal skills, which are essential to work closely with a cross-functional and international team.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. PhD is a plusAt least 5 years of relevant experience in analog/mixed-signal design and pre-silicon verificationExperience on Smart Power design modules like voltage regulators (LDO, DCDC converters, Charge pumps, high side/low side switches and so on) is a plusExperience on DC-DC converters design (buck, boost, buck-boost, Sepic, fly-back, etc. )Knowledge of Smart Power Technologies, integrated devices (CMOS, LDMOS, etc. ) and related parasitic elements, as well as ESD and EMC topicsKnowledge of digital design flow development to support the integration of the modules in the mixed signal environment is a plusExperience with SystemVerilog and understanding of digital design flow development to support the integration of the modules in the mixed signal environment is considered a plusLeadership, planning and self-organizational skills (e. g. design effort estimation and progress tracking)Fluency in English Please send us your CV in English Contact:
