SENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to lead operations, manage client relationships, and resolve escalations effectively.

This critical role requires strong expertise in supply chain processes, leadership, and a proactive approach to driving results. Responsibilities Team Leadership: Guide and support the team, ensuring effective workload distribution, fostering collaboration, and building a high-performing environment. Client Management: Act as the primary client contact, addressing concerns, delivering solutions, and maintaining strong relationships. Escalation Resolution: Resolve operational challenges promptly, implementing measures to prevent recurrence. Operational Excellence: Oversee planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs. End-to-End Planning & Analytics: Develop and manage the E2E planning cycle, integrating demand forecasting, production, and logistics.

Leverage tools like SAS, Python, and Power BI to enhance predictive models and support data-driven decision-making. S&OP Leadership: Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and balancing strategic priorities. Requirements Experience: 7+ years in supply chain management, (nice to have 2+ years in a leadership or escalation-focused role in automotive sector)Expertise: Advanced knowledge of supply chain systems (e. g. , SAP) and processes, with strong problem-solving capabilities. Skills: Excellent communication, client management, and analytical abilities. Salary: Salary to be evaluated based on previous experience in the role.
