Descrizione In the frame of the System Synthesis, Requirement & Data Management activities, AVIO is looking for a System Engineer in the field of Space Engineering at system level.

The resource will report to the Head of the System Synthesis, Requirement & Data Management Team which is acting as focal point for the system activities carried out in the frame of the design, development, verification and exploitation phases of all the major Avio's programs (VEGA, VEGA-C, VEGA-E, SPACE RIDER) ensuring the overall technical and programmatic coherence of the Space Transportation System.

The team provides requirements management all along the V-Cycle, supporting the definition and justification of requirements, supervising the specifications flow-down and their bottom-up verification, building up the Verification Control Documents (VCD).

Furthermore, the team is in charge of the activity matrix and system engineering database management, ensuring the proper implementation of the activity flow and of the input andoutput data circulation.

Moreover, the team is in charge of system budgets and margins management, system internal interface definition and control as well as functional requirements definition.

Finally, the team contributes actively to engineering change proposals as well as to deviations and waivers approval process.

The resource will contribute to the following activities:

Projects and studies technical management.

Requirements management (definition, justification, flow-down) and verification.

Interfaces definition and management.

Activities and data flow management.

System Engineering Database (SED) management.

System loops coherence analysis.

Functional Analysis.

Mass and MCI Budgets production.

System Budgets supervision and management.

Margin policy definition and improvement.

System Engineering software and tools (Mass and MCI Budgets, SED, DOORS).

exploitation, maintenance and improvement.

System Engineering internal processes implementation, definition and improvement.

Profilo del Candidato Aerospace Engineering Master Degree.

At least 5 years of experience in Space Engineering, ideally Space Systems Engineering.

Good knowledge of Space Transportation Missions and Systems Design including subsystems and functions.

Knowledge of VEGA launch vehicles family is an asset.

Capability of performing technical coordination.

Good knowledge of Space Transportation System lifecycle and System Engineering methods and tools (requirement management and verification, activity and data.

management, tradeoff studies, system budgets, MBSE).

Very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, MS VISIO, DOORS, Matlab.

Very good knowledge of Italian and English.

French is an asset.
