Move with us for a better world!About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic Senior Talent Acquisition to join our Team in Cesena (Italy).

You will work closely with leaders of different business units to attract and select the best sporty people in the market, aiming to implement effectively the business strategy and build a great Technogym culture.

In this role, you will also play a crucial role in building/enhancing overall Technogym employer branding awareness and developing a network with key talent communities for short/long-term opportunities. ResponsibilitiesIdentify the most effective recruiting channels and manage the overall recruiting process for junior to mid-to-senior profiles across several business functions Liaise with HR business partners and business leaders to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs and talent challengesUse data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting processDefine strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelinesRecommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, or policies to advance the Talent Acquisition functionProvide support to the Hiring Manager on Talent Acquisition processes and practiceParticipate in global projects to support the delivery of the overall strategy. Support the development of innovative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies, establishing long-term relationships with best-in-class University partners and SchoolsAct as a true Technogym brand ambassador, define and execute communication to increase employment brand awareness in the marketRequirementsMaster's Degree +10y Experience in full-cycle recruitment processKnowledge of selection techniques, recruiting strategies, and channels, assessment tools, and methodology
