To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a Sr.
Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team.
What We'd Like You To Take Care OfStakeholder Collaboration: collaborate with our hiring managers, other members of the talent acquisition team, and our Head of People to define the profiles of candidates to be hired; Strategy Support: identify and implement more effective talent acquisition strategies; Team Management Support: Support our Head of People in managing the TA team, its development, and its operations; Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage and improve the entire end-to-end recruitment process, providing an excellent candidate experience.
Sourcing & Attracting: Perform head-hunting and sourcing activities for positions that require it and monitor various external support agencies; Talent Pool: build and expand our talent pool of candidates beyond our currently open positions.
Talent Projects: Manage and complete various projects in the areas of talent acquisition, employer branding, and employee experience, with the support of our Head of People.
Reporting & Analytics: tracking and reporting of talent acquisition KPIs, providing regular updates and insights, and proposing improvement initiatives; Employer Branding: design and execute various employer branding activities across different touchpoints in collaboration with our Head of People; Market Understanding: continuously monitor developments in talent acquisition and talent attraction industry trends; Community Building: seek, create, and participate in talent acquisition events such as fairs, conferences, meetups, etc.
What We Wish You'd Bring WithA degree in psychology, economics, languages, literature, law, or a similar field; At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital sector companies; Experience or a desire to join a rapidly evolving and scaling organization; Business proficiency in English (C1+); Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong stakeholder management abilities; Expertise in using and implementing talent acquisition and HR management tools and technologies; Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team; Exceptional organizational and time management skills; A mindset that is both analytical and creative, with a solution-oriented approach.
