Job Description: Summary Our TA team is growing, and we are looking for someone who has a passion and high level of motivation for the world of recruitment.

This position will support Huber Engineered Materials by leading full-cycle recruitment projects, support talent acquisition initiatives, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
This position will be on a hybrid schedule, based at our Cifo office in San Giorgio di Piano.
Main Responsibilities: Partner with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner to develop and understand position requirements and demonstrate a strong understanding of the talent landscape, analytics, and sourcing strategies.
Craft compelling job descriptions to attract top talent to the company.
Source and manage candidate pipelines, with active and passive candidates, by utilizing internal tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, industry associations, and social & digital media channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles and at different levels, including phone/video interviews.
Guide candidates through the feedback and offer process, ensuring a positive experience and managing hiring manager expectations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Own all interview coordination, working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate and lead the pre- and post-interview debrief meetings and provide interview materials.
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience, recruitment process, and employer branding.
Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
5-7 years of experience managing full life cycle recruitment projects in corporate or RPO setting.
Experience sourcing professional talent in manufacturing, chemical, and corporate environments preferred.
Experience working in international operating matrix organizations.
Exceptional communication skills, effective problem solver, detail-oriented, strong collaborator with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English.
LinkedIn Recruiter experience required, IT knowledge with SAP Success Factors preferred.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
Team player with a cooperative, solution-oriented way of working and the ability to drive projects independently.
