Senior Talent Enablement Specialist

To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a Senior Talent Enablement Specialist to join our People & Culture team.
WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OFBusiness Partnering: Collaborate with the Head of People and organizational managers to align departmental goals with the company's objectives, creating frameworks for performance management and leadership development.
Employee Relations: Act as a reference point for employee-related matters, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers alongside the People Operations Team.
Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives to promote a culture of international excellence, enhance employee engagement, and morale. Conduct engagement surveys, analyze results, and propose action plans, prioritizing key improvement areas.
Learning & Development: Collaborate with the Head of People and managers to identify training needs and professional development opportunities. Support the design and implementation of talent development programs aligned with company objectives.
Compensation & Benefits: Work with the People & Culture team to ensure competitive and equitable Comp&Ben practices. Provide insights on market trends and help design reward strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Propose and drive DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive and diverse work environment. Lead programs and practices that support employee well-being and a sense of belonging.
HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are up-to-date, legally compliant, and effectively communicated across the organization.
Data & Analytics: Use People-KPIs and data analysis to generate insights, support informed decision-making, and measure the impact of People & Culture initiatives.
WHAT WE HOPE YOU BRINGA degree in psychology, economics, languages, literature, law, or a similar field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital sector companies.
Experience or a desire to join a rapidly evolving and scaling organization.
Business proficiency in English (C1+).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management abilities.
Expertise in using and implementing talent acquisition and HR management tools and technologies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
A mindset that is both analytical and creative, with a solution-oriented approach.
NICE TO HAVEPrevious experience in large-scale project management.
