Partner with the bestYou will be the technical reference point for one or more service contracts, responsible for all technical activities for the assigned fleet of turbomachinery equipment.
This includes enhancing services technology, integrating customer data, supporting customer outages, and capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety, and other performance parameters.
You will also act as an opportunity business generator for Opex, Upgrades, and Knowledge Service areas. As a Senior Technical Account, you will be responsible for:Supporting the installed base: customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, monitoring diagnostics, fleet configuration, maintenance of fleet data, and outage management. Applying existing technologies, approaches, and methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems, or processes. Coordinating multidisciplinary Engineering teams (Global and HQ Product Service Product Engineering, etc. )
to expedite issue resolution and RCA completion, assuring a proactive approach in line with customer expectations. Initiating and promoting new lesson-learned introductions to proactively improve fleet operations and to feed product improvements into new designs. Providing technical support to other functions (PM, CPM, FSE, etc. )
and customers in outages upfront planning and during execution, including review of applicable/applied NIC/SB, collection/analysis of asset/design variation to issue #39;As Running#39; documentation, coordination of FMEA, and technical risk abatement plans. Leading RMD based Trip Reduction Programs (TRP) by coordinating the assigned Engineering team to define the most recurrent causes of trips and identify possible corrective actions for fleet reliability improvements. Promoting technical and digital solutions to customers that can be applied in the fleet to meet plant targets in terms of reliability/availability and carbon emission reductions. Providing and discussing maintenance recommendations with customers based on fleet operating experience and reviewing maintenance operations and practices to improve availability. To be successful in this role, you will:Have an Engineering Degree or equivalent scientific field. Have 10+ years of experience in project-based Engineering or Service positions. Have experience in main turbomachinery technical disciplines, both for flange to flange and auxiliaries. Have knowledge of rotating equipment (Gas turbine centrifugal compressor). Show analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Be familiar with failure analysis steps and RCA processes. Be a self-starter, promote teamwork in a cross-functional environment, and possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
