Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the local unit on developing Asset Performance Management and Sustainability solutions, moreover will support projects execution of the won Projects.

In particular, the Candidate will support the team in the predictive diagnostics of industrial rotating and non-rotating machines.

For this purpose, the candidate must have basic knowledge of thermal and electrical machines, good data analysis skills, skills in the use of SW tools for statistical data manipulation and machine learning.

The Candidate shall also know cloud solution and shall have experience in SW development.

More in general, due to the type and vastity of the topics involved in APM sector, the problem-solving attitude is considered an essential requisite.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for:Using data mining to extract information from datasets and identify correlations and patterns.

Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures. Ability to evaluate statistical and machine learning data using a physical and not just mathematical approach.

Using data to predict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole. Performing statistical analysis of data.

Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs. Preparing reports and presenting these to management or clients. Working closely with the business to identify issues and use data to propose solutions for effective decision making.

Building algorithms and design experiments to merge, manage, interrogate and extract data to supply tailored reports to colleagues or customers. Using machine learning tools and statistical techniques to produce solutions to problems. Optimizing complex systems, e. g.

optimal Energy Management of a production generation mix (renewables, storages, fossil sources and consumers). Conducting research from which you'll develop prototypes and proof of concepts.

Looking for opportunities to use insights/datasets/code/models across other functions in the organization. Qualifications for the role You are highly skilled in Data Analysis. Ability to demonstrate your experience in Data Science principles and techniques, R-programming, SQL, spreadsheets. You are passionate about problem solving, communication, and teamwork. You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.

Knowledge of further languages (French, Spanish, German) will be a plus. Availability for short/medium period business travels to perform on-site commissioning activities. Following requirements are a nice to have: previous experience in automation or maintenance sectors; Statistical and Mathematical methods and tools for engineering; Thermodynamics, Thermal Machines and Electrical Machines basic knowledge.

Software Development experience on R, Python, SQL, Java, C/C++/C#, . Net or others.

Cloud Computing.
