Senior Travel Advisor - Sales Team

We are looking for a full-time, motivatedItaly Travel Sales Specialistwho lives in or near Florence, Italy where our offices are.

Experience inluxury travelor tourism (especially in wine & food experiences) is a plus. - You have excellent precision, organizational skills, and enjoy working in a timely and efficient manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-Develop a deep understanding of thecompany identityand products. -Manage travel requests and createcomplete travel proposalsthroughout Italy. -Interact with clients viaemailandtelephone(considering time zone differences). -Manage accounts and the entire process with suppliers, down tobasic accounting. -Check for availability with suppliers, reconfirm pricing, prepare, assemble, and formatproposalsandcalculation sheets. -Prepare and send outcontracts, and collect payments. -Implement sold travel programs, including sendingconfirmationsto clients and suppliers. -Verifyinvoicessent by suppliers in a timely and precise manner. -Respond to questions from traveling clients andsolve issuesthat may arise during travel. -Handle incoming calls and emergencies with travelers, includingoff-hours(with a set plan). -Occasionally assist and accompany clientson the ground. -Usecompany travelandaccounting softwareto create proposals, contracts, and documents.
- Translateeasily between Italian and English.
Ensure all materials meet established standards for appearance and content.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Work with management and the marketing specialist to developtimeline goalsto drive business. - Assist withoutreach, newsletters, andsocial mediaefforts. - Reorganizecopy content, images, and materials (presentations, forms, etc.
). - Write new copy or coordinate the writing process as needed with external resources. - Maintain key documents and assist withDB management, trigger documentation, and more.
- Participate inpreparing performance recaps.
QUALIFICATIONS - WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE- You speak English at anative or near-nativelevel (C1 or C2 ). - You speak Italian fluently (Not less than C1 ). - You have3+ years of experiencein online and offline travel sales. - You knowItaly inside and out. - You havestrong written and oral communication skills. - You're proficient withExcel spreadsheetsand comfortable withcalculation tasks. - You have experience inmarketing, both print and digital. - You have aproven track recordin managing a budget to meet ROI goals. - You're passionate about staying up to date withtravel trends(a plus). - You'reanalytical, proactive, and aproblem-solverwith insatiable curiosity. - You have the ability to evaluate alternatives and developeffective solutions. - You excel atbuilding relationshipswithin the team and with cross-functional partners & vendors. - You canprioritizeand manage multiple projects in adeadline-drivenenvironment. - You have aflexible approach.
- You have excellentorganizational and interpersonal skills, and are highly resourceful, able to work independently.

SALARY-Starting from28k yearly RAL, up for discussion based on experience and level. - + Incremental bonusesbased on reached goals. - Benefits: buoni pasto, phone, computer, and travel.
