Overview We're seeking an insightful Senior Trend Analyst to join our Data & Culture Lab.
Reporting to the Head of Data & Culture Lab, this role is essential in identifying and analyzing emerging cultural trends that shape consumer behavior and brand opportunities.
Reporting Structure Reports to: Head of Data & Culture LabWorks closely with: Strategy teams, Data analysts, Creative teams Responsibilities Trend Analysis and Research Monitor and analyze emerging cultural, consumer, and industry trendsDevelop and maintain trend tracking frameworks and methodologiesConduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate trend hypothesesCreate trend forecasts and scenario planning documentsInsights Development Transform trend data into actionable insights for clients and teamsBuild compelling trend narratives that connect to business opportunitiesMaintain a trend database and regular reporting systemIdentify patterns and correlations across different cultural spheresClient and Team Support Present trend findings to internal teams and clientsContribute to client briefs and strategic recommendationsSupport the development of trend-based creative solutionsCollaborate with strategy teams to integrate trend insightsInnovation and Knowledge Sharing Develop trend monitoring tools and processesCreate regular trend reports and newslettersContribute to thought leadership contentBuild and maintain a network of trend sources and experts Qualifications Professional Experience 3-5 years in trend research, cultural analysis, or related fieldExperience in agency or consulting environment preferredTrack record of identifying and analyzing emerging trendsTechnical Skills Proficiency in trend research tools and platformsExperience with social listening toolsBasic data analysis and visualization skillsFamiliarity with cultural analysis frameworksProfessional Competencies Strong analytical and pattern recognition abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCultural awareness and curiosityAbility to translate complex trends into simple insightsCollaborative mindset and team-oriented approach Additional information Why LePub?
